Equipment Description

As part of our continual update of our fleet this used van mounted platform is now available for sale.

This used van mounted access platform has a working height of up to 13.7m and a lateral outreach of up to 8.2m (when carrying 120Kg).  Mounted on a 3.5-tonne Renault Master van chassis, the K38P has A frame hydraulic stabilisers and fully electric controls fitted to the basket.

The plastic MEWP basket has 360° non continuous rotation and offers 1Kv protection which is useful for electrical work.   With a safe working load of  200Kg the K38P can hold up to two people with tools.

Designed with safety in mind cables and hoses on this van mounted access platform are enclosed within the MEWPs boom to provide protection. Locking valves are installed to prevent any uncontrolled movement of the boom in the event of a pipe failure. Electric emergency descent controls are fitted in both the basket and on the turret and if the engine or main pump fails, functions are controlled by an independent electro-hydraulic pump.

This used van mounted MEWP has a current LOLER, and is an active part of our fleet so the mileage is subject to change.
