We are great fans of the reliability and high quality of workmanship found in Ruthmann access platforms and this month we have added a TBR 260 to our hire fleet.
The TBR 260 is a new generation of Steiger® access platforms featuring increased performance and maximised stability and versatility. Mounted on a compact 3.5 tonne truck this cherry picker is ideal for working at height when set up space is limited, for example when working at height in city centre locations. Our customers will love the ease of use and flexibility of the TBR 260 which is available for hire with one of our trained MEWP Operators or for self-drive cherry picker hire across the UK.
With a maximum working height of 26 metres the TBR 260 cherry picker also gives up to 16.1 metres of outreach, very useful when you can’t set up directly below your worksite. The TBR 260 truck mounted cherry picker has a moveable Rüssel jib with a swivelling range of up to 180° which provides increased agility and manoeuvrability when working on and behind objects.
We know you hire cherry pickers for a wide variety of high-level tasks requiring different equipment and materials. Our TBR 260 has an upgraded MEWP cage capacity of 300kg, making it very handy for safely lifting people and the equipment needed to complete your high-level project.
Our self-drive clients are going to love the increased work speed and easy handling of this truck mounted cherry picker. It’s control system allows four simultaneous movements (lift, rotate, telescope, Rüssel up/ down) plus basket rotation.
With an amazing 16.1 metres of lateral outreach on a 3.5 ton chassis this cherry picker is very useful when you can’t set up directly below where you need to work.
When hiring on a self-drive basis this cherry picker is available for collection from our Sheffield depot or alternatively we can arrange delivery to your work site.
The TBR 260 powered access platform is manufactured to the high standards we expect from Ruthmann. Constructed from high-strength, fine grained steel for maximum stability the boom system has laser-welded seams to give more stability and precise movement.
