A revolution in the 18-tonne class, Ruthmann have set a world record of 51 metres of working height on a two-axle chassis. Available for hire anywhere in the UK with one of our experienced MEWP Operators the T510 HF access platform has some impressive features that our customers are going to appreciate when working at height.
Built on an 18-tonne truck chassis the T510 HF MEWP (mobile elevating work platform) provides an impressive 51 metres of working height. This powered access platform doesn’t just go up, but across and down too. It has a lateral outreach of up to 29 metres and increased upper boom length which gives even more outreach in an elevated direction. If you need to work below the level of the truck this access platform provides up to 12 metres of negative reach – very handy for working below bridges or on the side of riverbanks and docks.
Safely reach over obstacles and structures with the flexible boom and jib movements of the T510 HF powered access platform. The ‘standing’ working basket has 360° non-continuous rotation which means it can be rotated all the way around allowing you to comfortably work alongside buildings when going up and over the top of them. The highflex-Rϋsell jib allows precise positioning of the MEWP basket, so you can work exactly where you need to be. Take a look at Ruthmann’s video below to see just how impressive this access platform is in action.
With a generous cage capacity of 600 kg this access platform can lift passengers and equipment for safe work at height. There is plenty of room in the telescoping MEWP cage which extends up to 3.77 metres, and all positions are reachable when the work basket is extended.
The T510 HF MEWP is available for hire throughout the UK with one of our experienced MEWP Operators. This powered access platform is also available for hire with the Ruthmann lift-up system for safely lifting materials. We also provide a full contract lifting service where we look after the full lifting operation on your behalf.
We can see this powered access platform being useful for a wide variety of high-level projects, including safely accessing wind turbine blades, installing high-level glazing, or working on the power network. If you would like to find out more about this access platform or to discuss your work at height requirements, please contact us.
