Congratulations to Lee our Maintenance Manager for winning employee of the month February 2020.
Lee was nominated for the award by two different Elev8 managers for his outstanding commitment and hard work maintaining our MEWP fleet in excellent condition. Lee works very flexibly to ensure that the maintenance of the fleet does not impact on operations being able to deliver the high standard of service that Elev8 is renowned for. He will often travel to perform reactive maintenance on a MEWP or the truck it is mounted on to ensure that MEWP hires are delivered on time and without downtime for our clients.
Lee & his team have a very important job performing both planned & reactive maintenance to ensure that our access platforms are both safe and reliable. Here at Elev8 our core values are to be collaborative, innovative, reliable and safe. Lee and his team are instrumental in enabling everyone at Elev8 to work to our values.
