Elev8 provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services to a range of clients from those with a single site to larger organisations with multiple sites such as industrial landlords, retail parks, the NHS, Universities and more.   We have grounds maintenance teams based at local depots which are positioned to service your grounds maintenance requirements and each team is equipped with commercial grade garden tools to do their job quickly and efficiently.

As part of our grounds maintenance service we visit your sites and put into place a schedule of grounds maintenance visits designed to keep your grounds looking well kept.  Typically grounds maintenance visits are more frequent during the growing season and in October to November to clear fallen leaves,  however we can tailor a schedule to suit your particular needs.  Typical grounds maintenance duties would involve grass cutting, be it a small boarder or a 20 acre site which requires tractor mounted grass mowers, hedge trimming, edging boarders, weeding, planting and strimming.

Our experienced grounds operatives are trained to provide garden maintenance services safely.  Members of our team are trained in the application of pesticides using a sprayer and in the use of a chain saw for tree trimming and arboriculture.  We also have members of the team who hold their IPAF ticket and are trained in the use of chainsaws from MEWPs for tree surgery contracts.
