FACILITIES COORDINATOR - SHEFFIELD

Elev8 Group Services is looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to join us in our Sheffield Office.

Elev8 is the UK’s leading working at height and facilities management specialist. We cover a wide range of services including – Abseiling, Window Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance, Traffic Management, Telecoms and Rigging. We also have a wide range of access platforms from truck mounted to 90m MEWP’s.

Due to our continued success, we are needing to expand our facilities management office team.  This role will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of client work packages, preparation of appropriate documentation and the co-ordination of works to the clients agreed specifications and costs. The facilities coordinator will also be engaging with our clients and client representatives daily.

Responsibilities

  • Taking sales calls / emails and uploading to Elev8 management system to prepare for a site survey.
  • Managing key contracts within Facilities Management and ensuring KPI’s are achieved each month.
  • Updating project information on Elev8 management system.
  • Ordering MEWP’s and 3rd party access machines through Elev8 management system & the Hiredesk.
  • Ordering Equipment for jobs in advance giving full details if type of equipment required to the supply chain department.
  • Ensure that contracts are being delivered as per scope.
  • Co-Ordination of programme and associated internal and external resources.
  • Preparation and control of QHSE & QA Documentation.
  • Make sure the correct job documentation and equipment has been arranged for operational staff.
  • Monitor and ensure all inductions are completed for customer site attendance.
  • Ensuring that field staff have all required information to complete works on site.
  • Assisting with day-to-day duties to fulfil the client specifications.
  • General Office duties including accurate data entry and updating databases.
  • Any other duties that the company may reasonably determine from time to time.
  • Ensure all clients packs are completed and sent over to the clients in a timely manner to ensure payments for services are received on time.

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a diverse team.
  • Experience of scheduling (1 year).
  • Experience of customer service (1 year).
