If you wish to set up a credit facility:

1. Complete the Account Application form to apply for a credit facility. Please complete this form in full, print off and return with a copy of your Company letter head to Elev8 Access Platforms Ltd, Unit 2b Clay Street, Newhall Road, Sheffield, S9 2PF.
2. Prior to your Credit account being approved, cleared fund are required before any equipment will be released for hire. You can either pay by cash, Cheque, BACS or TT.
3. Elev8 will inform you once your account is active.
